Coaching

My process applies techniques from a variety of healing disciplines that I’ve used to help myself and others heal from trauma.

Individual coaching includes the following:

• Sharing psychological theories, research, & knowledge to increase self awareness and understanding of abuse and its effects
• Knowledge about abuse tactics, personality disorders, recovery, and healing
• Self care practices
• A space to share spiritual questioning
• Reflective and creative activities for healing
• Validation and an empathetic space to grieve
• Tips for safety
• Reading recommendations
• Self harm, anxiety, and depression endurance and recovery
• Increasing boundaries and decreasing people pleasing
• Familial generational trauma unpacking
• Peer support & advice
• Educational resources

Coaching will happen on Zoom. After purchasing, you’ll receive an email for scheduling and a link for the session.

**Refunds for Individual Coaching will be issued with advanced notice. If you do not show for your scheduled coaching, you’re allowed one reschedule. The second no-show is counted as non-refundable.

**NOTE: Due to my own personal trauma, I cannot coach individuals who suspect they have or are diagnosed with NPD or ASPD. I advise those individuals to work with coaches or therapists who are self aware and healing their own NPD. I am happy to provide suggestions: simply reach out via the contact page.

Having Borderline Personality Disorder can be a lonely, isolating experience. A large factor of healing for many of us is finding our community and developing self awareness and coping strategies amidst the stigmas and misinformation surrounding BPD.

BPD coaching includes the following:

• The ability to check in and share their current struggles with BPD, abuse, or self harm
• Education on aspects of having Borderline Personality Disorder
• Education on toxic family systems
• Support in learning to develop boundaries and self love
• Reflection journaling activities
• Understanding of other cluster b disorders and trauma bonding
• Discussions on spirituality and BPD (all spiritual beliefs, or lack thereof, are welcome and accepted)
• Peer support
• Book recommendations

You do not need to be formally diagnosed with BPD to join, and those who suspect they have BPD are welcome to book to see if it may provide you any answers to your self questioning.

These coaching and peer support sessions are for people who have experienced stalking, domestic violence, or sexual assault. As a survivor, I’m passionate about providing accessible and practical support to help others survive.

• Sharing psychological knowledge and theories about abuse and its effects
